芝士奶酥 Cheese Milk Cookies


我弟弟和妹妹翻食谱书,说要选一样吃的让我做给他们吃!
哈哈~ 翻来翻去,结果就选了这一款奶酥。

但是,这食谱书的配方我觉得不是很合我心意。
结果我的老毛病又发作了,拿起材料胡乱地更改。
庆幸的是,还可以烤得出饼干来! 哈哈~  :)

制作这款芝士奶酥的材料:
奶油 65gram
糖分 40gram
食盐 2gram
溶化酥油 45gram
牛奶 50gram
低筋面粉 175gram
奶粉 15gram
芝士粉 20gram 
(芝士粉可以依照个人喜好调整,怕芝士味太重的话,可以减少至 10gram)

Cheese Milk Cookies Ingredients:
Butter  65gram
Icing Sugar 40gram
Salt 2gram
Melted Ghee 45gram
Milk 50gram
Flour 175gram
Milk powder 15gram
Cheese Powder 20gram
(Cheese powder can be adjusted according to your personal preferences, if you don't like too much cheese flavor, it can be reduced to 10gram)


制作方法:
1. 把奶油放入盆钵里,加入糖粉和食盐。
2. 用搅拌器从慢至快开始打发。
3. 加入牛奶。
4. 加入液态酥油。
5. 用搅拌器拌打,直到液体都和奶油混合在一起。
6. 加入低筋面粉,奶粉和芝士粉。
7. 充分拌均,可以用搅拌器低速搅拌或者用刮刀搅拌,要确保全部材料混合均匀。
8. 装进挤花袋,如果要做和图片里一样的花纹,就使用 Wilton 1M tip. 
9. 挤花的方式,先挤中间部分,然后往外拉绕一个圈,然后网内拉的方向结束。
10. 以 170℃ 烤 20分钟 - 25分钟。 (每一架烤箱的热度不一样,要自己拿捏哦~)
11. 出炉之后,放在架子上待凉,凉了之后装进罐子里,关紧保存。

Methods:
 Preheat oven to 170ºC. 
 Whisk butter, icing sugar, & salt until creamy. 
 Beat in milk. 
 Beat in melted Ghee. 
 Continue whisk the mixture until well combine. 
 Fold in flour, milk powder, & cheese powder. Mix until incorporated. 
 Fill your piping bag fitted with Wilton 1M star tip with the cookie batter. 
 Pipe cookies in circles on a lined baking tray. 
 Bake cookies at 170ºC for 20–25 mins. 
 Cool cookies on a wire rack. Store in airtight container after the cookies are cool.

就这样子,
简单的芝士奶酥就完成了。
这次是第一次乱配的食谱,用了20gram的芝士粉,果然很重芝士味。
如果不习惯芝士味的朋友可能会略嫌太浓哦~
若真的不喜欢太重芝士味的朋友,请自行删减芝士粉的分量哦~
建议删减至 10gram就足够了。
