♥ ♥ ♥ Kiwi Flavour Sponge Cake ♥ ♥ ♥
1. Fresh Kiwi 2
2. 75gm shortening
3. 190gm sweetened creamer
4. pandan paste 3 drops
5. apple green food coloring
6. kiwi filling or jam.
1. Blend the Shortening and Sweetened Creamer together, until the cream become smooth.
2. Add the Pandan Paste into the smooth cream until mixed.
3. Kiwi cut into small pieces.
4. Move a small portion of cream with pandan paste to another small bowl, mixed with the kiwi diced.
5. Cut the sponge cake into 2 pcs.
6. Smear the kiwi filling on the sponge cake.
7. Following with the Kiwi diced and cream.
8. Put another slice of sponge on top.
9. Apply all the cream with pandan paste on the cake. cover all the cake.
11. Put on any decoration you like.
